The Heart of the Home
Balancing practical design with luxury appointments, Riserva’s thoughtfully-crafted kitchen is as perfect for entertaining guests as it is going about daily rituals. The centrepiece is an elegant island bench comprised of a captivating Dogal Marble surface and a timber-textured base. This same marble has been appointed to the splashback, providing a stunning backdrop for culinary creation. Here, plentiful storage has been cleverly integrated to ensure the aesthetic remains clean, streamlined and visually effortless. The grained texture of the joinery, used in abundance, imbues an organic quality and a sense of warmth.
Whilst designing this space, DKO were inspired by sentiments of everyday luxury, exemplified by the suite of premium Miele appliances, the brushed nickel tapware, the built-in bar space and the opulent wine cabinet. Together, these considered, personal inclusions enrich and simplify day-to-day life whilst fostering a sense of home.
Everyday Luxury
Awash with sunlight, Riserva’s living spaces are adorned in a warm, natural and tactile palette of finishes. Whilst luxurious, there is a comfort and flexibility to the palette that will allow residents to create their own personalised habitats. Equipped with fixtures and appliances of premium quality – from sleek wine fridges to state-of-the-art chef’s ovens – life at Riserva is equal parts inspiring and effortless.
Light-filled Living
Framed by walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, Riserva’s expansive living area enjoys a breathtaking outlook and an inundation of natural light. This sense of openness, enhanced by warm engineered timber floors and a palette of natural finishes, imbues an uplifting atmosphere and an unrivalled sense of wellbeing. The result is an idyllic setting for unwinding or spending time with loved ones.
The open-plan design of the space connects the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor areas, creating an all-encompassing sanctuary that allows residents to roam seamlessly throughout their home.

Blanc — Light Scheme
Timber Flooring
Each apartment is set upon premium engineered timber floors made from European Oak. This provides a highly-durable and low-maintenance base while creating a warm, homely aesthetic. The colour, ‘Roman Grey’, has been carefully selected to complement the finishes palette, exhibiting a softly-textured grain and a timeless muted tone.
Dogal Marble
The kitchen and bathroom benchtops have been appointed with Dogal Grey Marble, a natural, high-quality stone with a contemporary edge. Its presence brings an instant air of luxury to any space, complete with a unique and intricate vein texture that captures the eye and beckons the hand to reach out and touch.
Stone
The kitchen bench top showcases reconstituted stone in ‘Naturale Concrete’, an understated and contemporary finish with a matte texture and subtle graining. Extremely durable and easy to clean, it offers an ideal workbench for meal preparation.
Noir — Dark Scheme

A Tranquil Oasis
Recognising the importance of simplifying routines and enhancing wellbeing, DKO have designed a practical yet tranquil bathroom oasis. The walls and floor are adorned in robust grey tiles selected for their tactile quality, durability and organic aesthetic. Paired with a marble vanity featuring built-in storage and stylish brushed nickel tapware, the palette offers a refined and polished interpretation of luxury.
A spacious walk-in shower, expansive mirror and freestanding bathtub work in harmony to encourage moments of self-care amongst residents.
Expansive Retreat
The oversized master bedroom offers a private sanctuary to retire or relax in, afforded with full-height windows that draw in dappled light as well as views of the outdoor greenery. Plush wool carpets provide a soft base underfoot whilst cultivating a cosy, nurturing feel throughout.
Select apartments enjoy direct access to the terrace, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors in private – perfect for unwinding with a good book as a warm breeze enters the space. A generous wardrobe with a variety of storage options will ensure all your garments have a home, with additional space if you need it.
A Wellness Hub
Fostering a sense of wellbeing amongst residents, Riserva has been afforded with a communal wellness room. Here, there is space for yoga, exercise and meditation to occur within an artfully-designed and tranquil setting. This amenity spills out onto a large landscaped outdoor area, perfect for basking in the fresh air or enjoying communal barbecue facilities.
